Scorecard

A scorecard is a performance measurement and monitoring tool that provides a visual representation of how an organization, team, or individual is performing relative to set goals. It helps identify strengths, weaknesses, and development areas, enabling effective decision-making and strategic planning.

Scorecards are used across many sectors. In business, they may track financial metrics, customer satisfaction, process efficiency, and employee well-being. In education, they can evaluate student performance, teaching quality, and institutional success. One widely known model is the Balanced Scorecard, which assesses performance from four perspectives: financial, customer, internal processes, and learning and growth.
