Imaging
Imaging encompasses various techniques and methods used to create visual representations of objects or phenomena. It covers a broad range of applications, including medical imaging (e.g. X-ray, MRI, ultrasound), scientific imaging (e.g. microscopy, telescopy), and industrial imaging (e.g. thermal cameras, X-ray machines for material inspection). Imaging enables the detection, analysis, and documentation of things that are not visible to the naked eye.
Advancements in technology have made imaging methods increasingly accurate and versatile, allowing for real-time monitoring, 3D modelling, and spectral analysis. These developments have significantly improved diagnostics, research, and quality control across numerous sectors.
