We are now looking for a Sales Manager to join our team, responsible for prospecting new clients, acquiring new customers, and managing customer relationships.
In projects with our largest clients, we’ve utilized our own pilot platform, Reality Twin, and you will be responsible for gathering feedback and managing those client relationships. You may also support marketing efforts (e.g., social media and website content), which we handle in collaboration with an external partner.
We hope you are an energetic, humorous, and enthusiastic professional with several years of experience in industrial solution sales and customer work. Strong English skills are essential, as you will be working with international clients as well. While we currently operate mainly in the Finnish market, our future growth targets lie abroad.
You should have strong networks in the industrial design and maintenance sectors, as well as connections with contacts at industrial plants. A technical or commercial degree (at least at the bachelor’s level) is also necessary, as it will help you better understand the technical needs of our clients.

We mainly work in Kuopio, but we also offer flexible remote work options. Your place of residence is not a limiting factor, as our clients are located throughout Finland. However, we do require that you participate in onboarding in person in Kuopio so you can thoroughly get to know our team and culture.
