Industrial Design
Industrial design is a branch of design that combines aesthetic form, functionality, and technical feasibility in the development of products and systems. The goal of industrial design is to create user-friendly, sustainable, and economically viable solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives.
Industrial design is applied across a wide range of industries, including machinery and equipment manufacturing, consumer goods, the automotive sector, and the development of both digital and physical user interfaces. The design process takes into account usability, material selection, manufacturability, ergonomics, brand identity, and environmental impact.
Modern industrial design makes use of digital tools such as 3D modelling, simulation, and virtual prototyping, which allow for rapid iteration and improved design quality.
