SolidComp Board Reappointed for 2025, Emphasising Momentum and Customer Success
At its annual shareholder meeting on 15 April 2025, SolidComp confirmed the reappointment of its Board of Directors, maintaining the same composition as the previous year. This decision underscores the company’s confidence in its current leadership and strategic direction.
SolidComp’s CEO Sandor Nagy expressed his satisfaction with the continuity, stating:
“We’ve built strong momentum with our current board and I’m pleased we can carry that forward. This continuity supports our clear objectives to expand, innovate and assist both existing and new clients in the evolving digital industrialisation and transformation. We aim to continue supporting our customers at the forefront of industrial development.”
SolidComp’s board comprises a blend of internal leadership and seasoned external members:
- Sandor Nagy – CEO of SolidComp, leading the company’s strategic vision and operations.
- Tuomas Korhonen – CTO and Partner, bringing extensive expertise in industrial digitalisation and software development.
- Jorma Turunen – Chair. D.Sc. (Tech), Board member of Combiworks and Efima. Jorma has experience on over 40 boards as chair or member. He is also a founding member of Kasvuryhmä, a community established by prominent Finnish business leaders.
- Sonja London – M.L., eMBA, General Counsel and Licensing Executive at TactoTek Ltd. Recognised among the world’s top IPR strategists (IAM Strategy 300), she brings expertise in technology commercialisation, patenting and licensing strategies.
- Tarmo Tuominen – CEO, Senior Advisor and Board Member. With over 20 years of board experience in both listed and non-listed companies, he has worked within the mining industry for more than 30 years.
The board’s collective expertise in industrial technology, legal strategy and corporate governance continues to guide SolidComp as it advances its strategic goals and expands its presence in the Nordic and international markets.
