Internships for surveying, geomatics or software development students
At SolidComp, we occasionally offer internship placements aligned with university programmes in land surveying, geomatics and photogrammetry. We also offer internships for software engineering students, especially where project work includes 3D visualisation, Unity or C# development, sensor/LiDAR integration, real-time rendering and point-cloud processing.

Selected interns will, depending on their major, get to explore laser scanning projects in practice or they’ll support digital twin development, gaining first-hand experience in tools and platforms beyond academic exercises. SolidComp offers paid internships. Please note that the internships require either part-time or full-time presense at our office in Kuopio, Finland.
