We are now looking for an experienced Partner & Sales Manager to build and lead our international partner network and drive key account sales.

Our flagship product, SolidComp Reality Twin™, is a browser-based platform that integrates factory and plant data into a visual digital twin. Our clients include leading players in heavy industry (Mining, Pulp & Paper, Energy, and Chemicals).

We are now looking for an experienced Partner & Sales Manager to build and lead our international partner network and drive key account sales.

The Role

Your mission is to create and execute SolidComp’s partner strategy to scale our Reality Twin business in the Northern European market. This role is a hybrid of strategic development and hands-on sales. We are not looking for a passive sales channel administrator, but a business builder who understands how to sell complex B2B software solutions to the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building the Partner Network: Identify, negotiate, and onboard strategic partners (e.g., engineering firms, equipment manufacturers, and measurement service providers), with a primary focus on Sweden and the Nordic region.
  • Direct Sales (Spearhead Market Entry): You will act as an active salesperson for key accounts. You are the ”spearhead” in opening new markets, closing deals, and setting the example for our partners.
  • Operational Partner Leadership: Create the conditions for partner success by building systematic onboarding processes, sales support materials, and training models.
  • International Sales Support: Provide expert support to our partners during demanding client negotiations and ensure the creation of the first reference cases in new markets.
  • Market Insight: Gather direct feedback from the field regarding changing industrial needs and help refine our value proposition for different segments.

What We Expect

To succeed in this role, you need a strong track record in solution sales, experience in leading teams or partners, and the ability to build long-term stakeholder relationships.
  • Solid Experience and Track Record: You have extensive experience (10+ years) in international B2B sales or partner management, preferably within the SaaS sector. We require concrete evidence of past sales success and target achievement.
  • Leadership Capabilities: We value previous experience in team leadership or mentoring, as the role involves guiding and directing sales efforts.
  • Heavy Industry Knowledge: You understand the operating environment of the process industry (mining, forestry, energy), including investment processes and maintenance needs. Existing networks in these sectors are a significant advantage.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Finnish, English, and Swedish is mandatory. Proficiency in German or experience in the DACH market is considered an asset for future expansion.
  • Mindset: You are analytical and independent, but above all, a team player. You can create structure in a fast-paced growth environment and understand that trust is built through expertise.
